About us

Argentinian tango is an improvised and passionate dance form between two people and the music.

Tango Bangor started in Feb 2008. Sharon Koch travels from Oswestry to teach beginner and improver level classes on the second Tuesday of each month. John Story teaches a beginner class on the fourth Tuesday, this session offers more time to dance and practice techniques. We also enjoy tango tea dances several times a year.

Building on our foundations

Over the next few months we will concentrate on revision, so our Beginner dancers are prepared to join the Improver level. A new Beginner course will start in autumn 2010.
