There is a teaching evening on the second Tuesday of each month. We learn techniques of leading and following together with tango dance movements. There is no need to bring a partner, as partners change throughout the lessons. Smooth soled shoes are recommended (soles that stick to the floor prevent many movements in tango and so may damage your knees).

• Doors open at 7:30pm for practice and warm-up
• Improvers class from 7:45pm to 8:45pm
• Basic Techniques class from 9:00pm to 10:00pm
• Práctica (dancing time) until 10:30pm

Beginner Class and Práctica

We also dance on the fourth Tuesday of the month (£5 if you haven't already paid for it). We dance between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. John Story will teach a beginner class between 8 and 9pm. The rest of the evening is a good opportunity to practice the techniques we have recently learned.
