About us

Argentinian tango is an improvised and passionate dance form between two people and the music.

Tango Bangor started in Feb 2008. Sharon Koch travels from Oswestry to teach beginner and intermediate level classes on the second Tuesday of each month. We also gather to dance on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

Our next dance night - Tuesday 25 November

Our next tango night will on the 25th of November. For those who want to join in there's going to be a structured practice, guided by John and Anna. We'll be going over the material covered in the last class, along with a few extra exercises that Sharon suggested. The floor will also be open for anyone who just wants to practice. The music will be running from 7:30 till 10:30, so come join us. Cost is £5 as usual to cover the venue.
